The owner had a vision of comfortable living arrangement for busy professionals - a place that she wished that she had when she was younger. She consulted a designer and builder. Two years later, it was ready to open! It has welcomed traveling nurses, teachers, doctors, lawyers, graphic designers and more. The flexibility attracts many as leases can be for 3 months, 6 months, 9 months and up to a year. The home is furnished. The kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, silverware and glassware. Each bedroom has a bed and a dresser. All you need is your suitcase, a toothbrush and bedding!
The home is quiet and the tenants are respectful of each other.

It is one person per room. Utilites are additional. Remote workers are discouraged (due to noise, some travel nurses sleep during the day). Legitimate Home?
Some people have asked, and we want to assure you that this is a real home. The owner will happily call you and schedule a time for you to tour the home. You will see the home and possibly meet a couple of the current tenants while you are there :)
